April 23, 2025 Mike had a smooth transition to Sunnyview. It’s a beautiful, state-of-the-art facility. Honestly, compared to the last 11 days at Albany Medical Center, it feels like the Ritz Carlton. April 17, 2025 Mike is still suffering quite significantly from head pain. The blood putting pressure on the brain along with the tissue damage is the reason. The doctor said they can’t give him any real pain medication for another three to possibly five days. It’s awful. He’s only sleeping about four hours at night Read more

April 16, 2025 He had a restless night with head pain. Not great sleep. Neurosurgery saw him last night for the final time and they feel his well-oriented presentation and clinical stability over these last couple days indicates that the swelling is not significant enough to warrant acute intervention, meaning no surgery. April 15, 2025 Mike did well last night. His head pain stayed at 5/10 til just recently where they administered more Oxycodone.
